Within 30 days of purchase, request a refund through your Payhip receipt email — there is a link in the receipt, and the request takes a few minutes. Every dollar comes back to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep the files.
Ray's guarantee is plain: use three of the scripts on your next dealership visit, and if at least one does not work the way the guide describes, take the refund. We would rather refund a guide than have anyone feel sold to.
Requests past the 30-day window are not automatic, but write in through your receipt anyway — fair cases get reviewed as such.
